SPEECH PATHOLOGY

Service Type Service Description Fee Amount ($)
Speech Pathology Consultation Face-to-face/Telehealth assessment and intervention with the participant and their carers. This may include information gathering, assessment and goal setting. $193.99/hr
Non face-to-face services This may include NDIS required report writing, attendance at clinical case meetings and resource development $193.99/hr
Travel Travel to home or service provider. Up to 30 minutes travel to the participant and up to a further 30 minutes return travel will be charged if they are the last or only participant for the day $193.99/hr
Service provider training This includes any necessary training of support staff, education staff and/or employers in regards to; communication support and/or mealtime management. $193.99/hr

 

NATUROPATHY

Naturopathy Initial Consultation 1hr – Initial meeting with client includes information gathering, assessment and goal setting. $140
Naturopathy Follow-Up 40mins – Review of current treatment plan and any new symptoms.  Ongoing information gathering and changes to goals if required. $100

Holistic Health and Therapy Services is a registered NDIS provider of Therapeutic Services, Assistive Products/Personal Care/Safety and Communications & Informations Equipment.  Please contact the NDIS on 1800 800 110 or visit www.ndis.gov.au for further information regarding NDIS funding and services.

 

Private Health Funds:

You may be able to claim rebates for Speech Pathology services and Naturopathy depending your level of cover and the rebates offered by your provider.  Please contact you health fund for information regarding you current entitlements.

 

Medicare:

Chronic Disease Management Plan

People who have a chronic condition or those who require complex care that is managed by their GP may be eligible for rebates of $52.95 for up to five sessions.

Follow-up Allied Health Services for People of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Descent 

Up to 5 sessions each year for those of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent who have been referred by their GP.
